Vera L. Nunes ("Nunes") appeals the district courts summary judgment in favor of Wal-Mart Stores ("Wal-Mart") in her action under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. S 12101 et seq. ("ADA"). Nunes contends the district court erred in concluding that she was not a "qualified individual with a disability" under the ADA. In addition, Nunes argues the district court erred in determining that she posed a "direct threat" to others because of her disability. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. S 1291, and we reverse.
